DiffEngineX is a standalone application that can compare Excel workbooks (XLS, XLSX, XLSM, XLSB) and individual worksheets. It contains an Excel row & column alignment/difference algorithm. This program can compare not just the cells, but also the comments, defined names, and embedded VBA macros.
